North Korea Horoscope

North Korea Flag

An accurate horoscope for North Korea has never been available to us because there is no recorded time for the proclamation of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK). We do know that independence was declared on September 9, 1948 in Pýongyang, and this date is still celebrated as the national day. I have rectified the North Korea Horoscope to 12:39 pm. For more details see Research data and charts on North Korea.

North Korea Horoscope Interpretation

Moon conjunct Ascendant makes North Korea sensitive, insular and reactionary. The citizens identify most strongly with their nation, making them patriotic, devoted, and strongly affected by international relations. The security of the people is of paramount importance for the nation. They were brutalized for 50 years during the Japanese occupation. Then the Korean war killed 300,000 of their soldiers and resulted 1.5 million civilians killed or wounded. Since then, the most powerful military force in the world has been on their doorstep.

Saturn square the rising Moon causes isolation, fear and hardship. It makes this already insular and sensitive nation even more defensive and lacking in friends. This also explains the repressive and controlling nature of the dictatorship. A dynastic military dictatorship with Saturn on the fixed star Regulus, “The Crushing Foot”. This is a military star associated with violence, destruction, controlling power and revenge.

north-korea-horoscopeThe Sun and the Midheaven (MC) in mundane astrology both rule the leader. Sun conjunct MC means that the leader totally dominates the national identity, another indicator of dictatorship. Sun square Jupiter causes an inflated ego, exaggeration and lack of restraint. As Jupiter rules trade and treaties, this aspect results in border disputes and trade deficits. Between the Sun and MC, at 16°42′ Virgo, is the Arabic Part of Catastrophe (AC + Uranus – Sun).

Venus generally rules peace and diplomacy, but in mundane astrology signifies war in hard aspect. In ancient Mesopotamia, she was the Goddess of Love and Procreation when the evening star, and the Goddess of War when the morning star. In the North Korea horoscope she is Goddess of War, visible before sunrise. The furthest she can ever be in front of the Sun is 48 degrees, so at 46 degrees ahead of the Sun in this chart, she is a very fired up Goddess Ishtar. “her morning appearance woke them up to go to war” [Deborah Houlding].

So an angry Venus woke the North Koreans up at half past two in the morning to go to war. The square from Mars, ruler of the military and war, turns her anger into blind fury. The lunar eclipse before the declaration of independence was at 03°17′ Scorpio, less than half a degree from the North Korean Mars. This increases the aggressive and reactionary nature of the country.

Secrecy, paranoia and propaganda come from Mercury conjunct Neptune. This is made worse with this conjunction on the fixed star Algorab, “Kill or be Killed”. It is associated with lying, assassinations and covert military attacks, “Delays and restraint are indicated to come about by fiascoes, losses, wrong handling of matters and enmity in general.”

In summary, the North Korea astrology chart is a blueprint for a powerful and aggressive dictatorship, paranoid and out of control. The people suffer through repression, isolation and poverty. The only way for this nation to avert a violent and catastrophic end, is to throw this horoscope in the bin and start over.

Update 27 September 2017

Full Moon October 2017 in North Korea: After comparing the October 2017 full moon chart set for Pyongyang to my rectified North Korea horoscope I have a feeling something big will happen involving North Korea during the two weeks of this moon phase.

  1. I found this link on the Christian Science Monitor, one of the news sources I feel is still relatively sane, reliable, and not prpaganda:
    *Here’s why North Korea’s attack plan on U.S. is a joke March 30, 2013
Indeed, Pyongyang’s missiles would find it extremely difficult to reach their intended targets following the path drawn on that map, instead of a great circle route.
A great circle is the shortest path interconnecting two points on a sphere.
Since Earth is almost spherical, routes followed by aircraft (or ballistic missiles…) follow great circles between departure and destination (in case of commercial planes route depends also on ATC restrictions, diplomatic clearances required to overfly particular countries, the strong effect of the wind etc).

  2. According to astrotheme, Kim Jong-un has 27 Jupiter conjunct 29 Neptune in Sag. conjunct Mercury in 1 degree Cap.
    http://www.astrotheme.com/astrology/Kim_Jong-un
so to put it bluntly {I’m Sag!] and insensitive, one might say the kid is delusional, a bit bloated with his fantasies, and can’t keep his mouth shut. His Sun is in 17 Cap, thus should be interesting to see how long he lasts as Pluto will graze his Sun in Feb 2016. I seriously don’t think there is much to worry about here. He’s nuts and even his generals appear disturbed by his irrational threats. Too many computer war games? Clueless fool.

Meanwhile the UK Telegraph reports: “There are clear signs that China is losing patience with North Korea, America’s former top diplomat in Asia has said.”

  3. Interesting comments here correct/incorrect dates and times notwithstanding. This of course s for the astrological pundits to consider. It is with the notion of “revenge” as highlighted by the star Regulus that interests me.
clearly the N. Koreans are a bitter and twisted lot, cruel and deceitful inregard to their people.
However, their desire for revenge against the US is fuelled mainly by history of the war not acknowledged by the mainstream narrative we have all been taught.
After the hundreds of thousands of tons of bombs and napalm were dropped on the north – many millions of people died, 50% of all infrastructure was obliterated the North was reduced to a wasteland.
North Korean leaders “crawled” to the armistice negotiations
    – interestingly enough goaded by threats of – nuclear annihaltion.. Not that there was much left to annihalate. The memory of Hiroshima & Nagasaki fresh in everyones memory.
The final humiliation after years of Japanese, Chinese occupation beaten and broken the NK have maintained the rage and it is a sad and tragic irony, that they threaten their sworn enemies with outdated ‘immature’ and relatively ineffective nuclear weapons.
They seem to pivot between a pathetic theatrical “cry for help” and an equally pathetic “Custers last stand”.
it is likely to disintegrate into self inflicted “killing fields” of starvation, mass suicide and desperate refugees with no where to go.
The real tragedy is it could have been averted many times, when they themselves did ask for reconciliation and real peace treaties but were rebuffed by the very people they are now aiming their belicose threats and rhetoric at.

    • Magda,
They have had so many oppertunities to re-incarnate,over the years,it is not funny,They have brought themselves to this point.no one has done it for them. They are the most arogant country in the world.Let them have a go,and put this bullshit to end, once and for all,you seem to forget, the thousands of troops who lost their lives, fighting a stupid war in the first place,I lost friends, many others have, maybe you were not born then.Have some respect for the ones who have been there already.

      • North Korea is destitute,bar a few millionaires,they need money,and most of all,food,they don’t have either,
so by doing the rhetoric, they think they can persuade countries to come to the rescue for a deal, all other countries are not buying it this time, and the Nk knows it,so they push harder with milatary threat,so that countries come to the party, well it won’t happen this time,Nk will launch missiles, they want south Korea, that is their livelihood, they know it,it is their only salvation,4,500,000 million troops starving, strike while they are still young and fit,for next 12 months, they won’t be.and they damn well know it.

      • With respect Ted my comments were not disrespectful of the fallen, the veterans and the civilians that fought and died in this “forgotten war”
On the contrary it is to these very people that I dedicate much of my time researching digging for the truth.
I can no longer accept that which passes for” truth” as recorded by those who set the agenda.
for the empire builders that – plunder, pillage and exploit and then lie about the means and methods they have employed.
. It is nigh impossible to put oneself in NK shoes, yet to try, broadens my perspective leaving me less prone to – parroting the the dominant party line.and spouting dogma and indeed bellocose rhetoric myself!
My compassion for humanity does not depend on belligerant irresponsable elites on either side. Be it despot or policeman of the world. They set the standard and that standard is poor it creates unimaginabe suffering and legacies that divide and conquer and the conciousness of mankind stagnates eternally.
As you said NK has gotten itself into this, Kim Jong -un”s apparent idiocy is unfathomable. Yet it remains to be seen how idiotic.
And the west seeminlgy has no where to go
for a dearth of honest, courageous statesmen and diplomacy.
So perhaps the uiniverse will interceed – Pluto in Cap style.
And milllions who did not cause nor cannot cure this malignancy will suffer – who has compassion for them, the ones we do not know the innocent the old the yet to be born.
At the very least we owe it toourselves and them to know the truth!
I am old enough to have cared for many veterans from every war since WW1 – my father as an 18 yr old was part of the fleet that obliterated the French navy in the Meditarranean because Mr Churchill had to prove his mettle to Mr Roosevelt – in order to get the US to come to the rescue.
In other words my father took part in the slaughter of the French allies!!!
Hre never told me this – it was never taught in school but the truth will does and always will find away… please recheck the facts you have been told about the “forgotten war” it may not seem so black and white.
As they say history is written by the victors – so NK wrote their history too why should we be surprised just becasue we find it abhorrent. the war never ended!
        To me no more
abhorrent then murdering 18 yr old French sailors!
To impress who I believe has become the most arrogant country on the planet – sorry to disagree with you on that.
More will be revealed and it is not likely to be – beautiful!

  4. Interesting comments. The psychology of defeated peoples has been observed in a book ‘The Culture of Defeat: On National Trauma, Mourning, and Recovery’ by Wolfgang Schivelbusch, who argues that “the defeated ultimately emerge healthier, stronger, and smarter than ever before–that is, if they can avoid fantasies of denial and revenge and learn from their failure (and perhaps their conquerors).” Comparing Germany, France, and the American South [Civil War] – all “these “losing sides” went through nearly the same stages of national consciousness as they sought to come back from defeat, that each put forth an explanation of their failure in similar terms, and each, in the fullness of time, came back as more powerful after their defeats. Dreamworld, scapegoating, revenge — these are just a few of the parallel stages these defeated states went through.” [from amazon]

    From China April 7:
China’s President Xi Jinping on Sunday said no country “should be allowed to throw a region into chaos” in apparent criticism of ally North Korea amid high tensions on the Korean peninsula.

Mr. Xi said the international community should advocate a “vision of comprehensive security, common security and cooperative security” rather than “an arena where gladiators fight each other”. And, in what appeared to be veiled criticism of China’s long-time strategic partner, he added, “No one should be allowed to throw a region and even the whole world into chaos for selfish gains.”

…the Foreign Ministry here said it had asked the North “to ensure the safety of Chinese diplomats in North Korea”, after the government in Pyongyang on Friday told foreign embassies to consider evacuation if tensions escalated. No countries have, as yet, appeared to take the warning seriously, seeing the North’s threats as rhetoric.

  5. Lawmaker drops bombshell: North Korea may have nuclear missiles
An unclassified Pentagon report not yet released to the public suggests that North Korea can arm missiles with nuclear warheads, a lawmaker revealed Thursday.
The results of a classified Defense Intelligence Agency report indicate that “North Korea now has nuclear weapons capable of delivery by ballistic missiles.” That was the bombshell out of a House Armed Services Committee hearing Thursday.

    • good links here Susan, will try to find that book.
What interested me enough to comment really was the notion of revenge – NK seems to be the Olympic champion of revenge -its got to be the the ugliest and most devastaing of motives, I am In Aus you NZ so we are in this polyglot neighbourhood. And i think for what its worth – as Shakespeare says -“the past is prologue “-so it behooves us to understand our neighbours in that wider context I guess that is what I am trying to do.
It seems we too often are “fed” the “victors version of history ” by that in this instance I mean the US which completely missses the irony that the “forgotton war” is not over. and I am seeking to understand why. It;s a big job.
Meanwhile the young turk KIm is throwing his weight around I suspect to force “concessions” but any mistakes miscalculations by him now could be catastrophic.
Perhaps diring this Pluto Rx period he may revise and reconsider – but does he have the maturity, experience to really “save face”? I think the thread here is good thanks for you comments links. To write more about this issue – well there isn’t room but lets hope we have a lot more time!

  6. magda: too often are “fed” the “victors version of history ”

I would agree completely. However in our current era we are simultaneously awash in massive propaganda and maverick historians, even in the USA who are telling it as it actually happened. For example “Grand Theft Pentagon :Tales of Corruption and Profiteering in the War on Terror” by Jeffrey St. Clair, Jeffrey, “How the World Works” by Noam Chomsky, and “Hopeless: Barack Obama and the Politics of Illusion” also by Jeffrey St. Clair (editor online website Counterpunch). There are others: Chalmers Johnson, John Perkins, William Greider, Michael Lewis and the astonishing Chris Hedges (books & online at TruthDig).
A free press is extremely unusual in history and I don’t know how long these publishers will be ‘allowed’ to continue their courageous work. Book burning is common in history. Still for those who are still curious – the ‘other side’ can be found with some effort.
Thank you for your kind comments. I do believe that NK, earthquakes, economic collapse, and climate change from Space Weather all are emerging and intensify from the long enduring Uranus/Pluto square. Incredible to observe – and hopeful in that after the ‘fire’ we may like the Phoenix rise from the flames.

    Thank you, Jamie.

    • Thanks Susan and Jamie for supporting, encouraging this discussion.

I am big fan of Chomsky Chris Hedges at Truhdig and the others you mention. To me they are at the “source of the wound” where all healing takes place. gawd bless em!
I think your point about the truthsayers being shut down is
is a serious one because its a David and Goilath battle.
I may being naive but I think the genie is out of the bottle and frankly its on.. thanks to mavericks like Manning and Assange the personal cost to them is … well …
However I think something has begun and we can’t put our heads backin the sand.
For me it came down this – ( not going for the hyperbole goal here it really did) do I want to live on my feet or die in the foetal position under the doona!
Not saying writing comments on the internet is a battle of galatic proportions. Its more that I want to harness facts based on truth prior to wild rebellion. Uranus conjuct sun conj Eris in 9H and you know the rest! And discuss with people to guage the mood and people are waking – lets hope they will continue doing so!
It comes down to picking your battles – so for me the coal seam gas issue where i live is the one I am getting behind but very interested in NK…. I hope this comment can be viewed in the context of planetary influence affecting the individual wirhin the global upheavals-interesting times for us all.
After all they cant lock us all up in the Ecuador embassy or Guantanomo…

thanks susan for all links etc -really appreciate it- and your passionate intelligent spirited comments.
The ANZUS treaty will be activated if this NK thing goes off. I am not sure that the pollies here won’t bring back conscription and I have a son of just the correct age. Believe me if that happens I will be releasing the inner goddess every last one!
      cheers

      • magda – I’m with you, lady! Isn’t Chris Hedges just the bravest man ever? I have Sun/Merc. opp. Uranus, so… I’m almost 68, but still a high wired Uranian! :o)
What you said about your son brought tears to my eyes. Who knows what lies ahead. War is a dirty evil business. “Kings are thieves and thieves have become kings!” Thank you for your heartfelt intelligence.

  7. Chris Hedges natal chart is quite interesting. Born Sept.18, 1956 (no time). It appears that his major aspects are to his Moon, which the ephemeris gives as zero degrees Pisces. Since we don’t have his time of birth, the Moon may be in Aquarius which would fit his role these days – mainly trying to keep the planet free of tyranny as we move into the Age of Aquarius.
What is astonishing to me is that his Moon is so predominant with a strong T-square, Pluto 29 Leo and Saturn 28 Scorpio. I have Moon in Capricorn, so I’m always sensitive to Moon/Saturn afflictions, but the well known pain Pluto inflicts on a child is far deeper – often making them telepathic.
Also Hedges has Moon trine Neptune, making him highly sensitive to others feelings. It’s as if he is a Moon Warrior! The goddess must love him. I first read his ‘War Is A Force That Gives Us Meaning’ – one cannot forget his writing, it penetrates your soul.

He recently wrote: “…symptomatic of the widespread hijacking of human rights organizations to demonize those—especially Muslims—branded by the state as the enemy, in order to cloak pre-emptive war and empire with a fictional virtue and to effectively divert attention from our own mounting human rights abuses, including torture, warrantless wiretapping and monitoring, the denial of due process and extrajudicial assassinations.”

WIKI: Chris Hedges is currently a senior fellow at The Nation Institute in New York City.[1] He spent nearly two decades as a foreign correspondent in Central America, the Middle East, Africa and the Balkans. He has reported from more than fifty countries, and has worked for The Christian Science Monitor, National Public Radio, The Dallas Morning News, and The New York Times,[2] where he was a foreign correspondent for fifteen years (1990–2005).
In 2002, Hedges was part of the team of reporters at The New York Times awarded the Pulitzer Prize for the paper’s coverage of global terrorism. He also received in 2002 the Amnesty International Global Award for Human Rights Journalism. He has taught at Columbia University, New York University, Princeton University[2] and The University of Toronto. He writes a weekly column on Mondays for Truthdig and authored what The New York Times described as “a call to arms” for the first issue of The Occupied Wall Street Journal, the newspaper giving voice to the Occupy Wall Street protests in Zuccotti Park, New York City.

  8. Susan loving your work here – research and attention to detail – wow its breathtaking I can only aspire to such esteemed heights – you are quite an amazing 68 yr old!! On NK, from the astrology I am still reluctant to believe that the war will begin from NK. Saber rattling allows funding for the military. I am leaning more toward Syria. But I believe war will inevitably come. It’s all about money – money is power. Here is an article that sums up the reasons for war from the most brilliant financial wizards on the planet, including Kyle Bass and Jim Rogers, both of whom I still trust. Example:
Kyle Bass writes: Trillions of dollars of debts will be restructured and millions of financially prudent savers will lose large percentages of their real purchasing power at exactly the wrong time in their lives. Again, the world will not end, but the social fabric of the profligate nations will be stretched and in some cases torn. Sadly, looking back through economic history, all too often war is the manifestation of simple economic entropy played to its logical conclusion. We believe that war is an inevitable consequence of the current global economic situation.

  10. Chilling prospects – war inevitable!!
Somehow it just is where all that is going on is truly heading.
Nk is indeed sabre rattling Kim is not about to let one off – he is pushing brinkmanship to new levels and in true Cappy style he stubbornly wants what he wants. Still the history of the Kim dynasty is interesting the fantasy that surrounds it sees NK not as a nation but as a mega cult. One that is so huged that when it breaksdown is going to off the scale.
I agree Syria is the place – alook at that chart will be very telling.
Susan it is not likely jamie can contact me except through facebook thats how I get to this site!!!
You don’t sound like you can possibly have time to FB with all the research your are doing – but you can get me on Fb at –

Have seen Maharaj on youtube – there really are things in our lives today that are worth it… an amazing teacher
leaving this site now to check out Bass and Rodgers thanks

  11. OH Dear,
Have all you people lost your common sense,or have you all got closed minds?I just watched the video from the BBC last week coming from NK,
As I said, they are starving, there is no growth, not even grass or trees, there is nothing left,This is a desperate country and will do anything to make it better, even if it means war, because that is all they have now, soldiers without food, that is their main priority,if their people do not join the military?they have nothing, and I MEAN NOTHING.It is all gone.
    THERE IS NOTHING LEFT.
Would North Korea try a distraction on Boston? If Iran was involved?maybe, but Iran had an earthquake and iraq had bombings today,so if,it was ill timed,or just bad luck, they did not pull it off.No Success.
Also, all those evil countries have scorpio deeply involved with their charts,so maybe we are slowly getting to overcome these evil traits.and have the true spiritual meaning of lives.Yes,It will take a lot of determination of nations, but it will happen.Unfortunatly, many more bad things to happen before people wake up.

  12. Now we have ten cities in Iraq, bombing themselves today, because of different factions, for the next election,They have seen the latest television interveiws of Colin Powell,G W Bush, and Tony Blair,on air.
There was no weapons of mass destructrion,The whole war was fabricated,so do you think that ColinPowell(rip),GW BUSH,TONY BLAIR should be put before the GENIEVA CONVENTION for war crimes?
Think about it,thay have put people in guantonomo bay for no reson,no charges, lost their lives, lost family, and it is still continuing when we now know the truth,of it all.
GW BUSH FIRED THE TRIGGER,got other countries involved,he was the main player. He needs to explain why.and truthfully.now that we know the truth.

  13. Ted – I doubt that any of us here are unsympathetic to your thoughts. This recent assessment from Counterpunch, “The Mindset of North Korean Elites” may help us better understand NK. GARY LEUPP, Professor of History at Tufts University, suggests that: “The DPRK leadership plainly wanted and continues to desire normal diplomatic and trade ties with the U.S., and a pledge from the U.S. that it will not attack.”
    Excerpts:
Clearly the elite is aware of the realities of global capitalism, and aware that the U.S., however crisis-ridden its system may be, remains a hyper-power… DPRK leaders also grasps the magnitude of the changes in China, where a “communist” party with fraternal ties to the DPRK’s ruling Korean Workers Party has maintained its hold on power while overseeing the restoration of capitalism (and coping with the stormy social consequences). Kim’s advisors presumably realize that without international relief and Chinese goodwill, the DPRK would become so destitute that social explosions would be inevitable. They know that actions seen as provocative by both the U.S. and China could result in sanctions producing mass suffering. One doubts that many in this stratum would welcome war. But then, who knows?
North Korea…should be understood as a religious state. … attributions of supernatural powers, the suggestion that Heaven endorses the Kims, are just the beginning of North Korean religiosity. If the regime has integrated aspects of native mythology to the Kim cult, it has also drawn upon neo-Confucianism, the dominant ideology in Korea from the late fourteenth century.
… Korea is, however, very much China’s business. The PRC and DPRK are, as the unpleasant Chinese expression goes, “as close as the lips and teeth.”
… the tiny group that determines policy knows the situation is dire. The country cannot feed itself. The rations distribution system collapsed in the 1990s, making it more difficult to control people. The country is in many ways dependent on China.
    http://www.counterpunch.org/2013/04/16/the-mindset-of-north-korean-elites/

  14. North Korea seems to be in trouble. To know more about North Korea, we need to look at the chart of its influential leader Kim Jong-un. His anger will be the cause of problem for him and his country. North Korea could make a very dreadful impact that will cost them. Lets hope for the best.

  15. A quick update on the NK noise:
    * “…the Chinese are unlikely to push Pyongyang hard enough because of the risks involved. A North Korean collapse…raises the likelihood of chaos, loose nuclear materials and refugee flows in the short run, and a unified Korea with U.S. troops on the Chinese border in the long run. …
The Chinese understand that nuclear dominoes are not about to start falling when Washington is spending more of its own resources on the defense of South Korea and Japan. They also understand the extraordinary dangers in pushing North Korea to the brink of collapse. As long as Washington reassures its clients in the region, the Chinese will be right to shrug off the threat of a nuclear Japan or South Korea as fanciful.”

  16. So glad to find this discussion still going. Susan again your grasp of this complex issue is clear and enlightening. I too felt the outrage that
ted expresses no one likes being lied too and the we have been lied to big time.It is unlikey that in our lifetimes we shall see anyone being brought before any courts for their part in this debacle
So hope lies really at the source of the wound NK and Kim jong -un. His chart would be the place to start but no one knows the correct birth time – yet!. Are there any redeeming features in it does he have any real leadership abilities to unlearn, relearn and re – direct his country in a completely new direction. It is a Herculean task to untangle the myth the religosity the fantasy and restore millions to the sanity they so desperately need!!! Is it the impossibility it seems?
China is the major player here as you say Susan because no other nation is not beholden to or in the grip of the US, and they will never reliquish their overbearing need to control.
Australia just does what its told and follows US dictates slavishly – so no hope of a “statesman’ or negotiator from here/
It was sad that at 88yrs old Jimmy Carter came forward to offer to go NK as he believes that they want “peace” change and resolution to the crisis. He was ridiculed and howled down and while he may not be the man for the job I believe he was sincere and not at all to far away from the truth- So who will step up from the US and China?
It needs to happen. soon for leaving it to Kim just doesn’t bear thinking about…!

  17. Well,Here we are,all been quiet for a few days,Full moon in scorpio on thursday,Anzac day,and comes complete with an eclipse,in the same sign.Is this the calm before the storm?I see all poeople on the border, between Sth Korea and North Korea have been removed, sbs news tonight. And you have many major planets opposite in Taurus,Will this be the flash point?
Nothing would surprise me,We watch with abated breath.

  18. Us more *normal* folks can hardly hope to understand what has been called the ‘Great Game’. The psychopathic heartless power plays of ‘Realpolitik’ are, thank God, beyond most of us [meaning politics or diplomacy based primarily on power and on practical and material factors and considerations, rather than ideological notions or moralistic or ethical premises, Wiki].
It appears that China is happy to have NK remain threatening menace to keep the USA around so that Japan and South Korea will not acquire their own nukes! Here is a good analysis of flawed and failed policies regarding nuclear weapons.

    * Obama’s Flawed Korea Policies, by CONN HALLINAN
…the Korean crisis is a case of the nuclear powers being hoist on their own petard. The 1968 Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty was not aimed at just stopping the spread of nuclear weapons, but, according to Article VI, at eliminating those weapons and instituting general disarmament. But today’s world is essentially a nuclear apartheid, with the nuclear powers threatening any countries that try to join the club—unless those countries happen to be allies. North Korea should get rid of its nuclear weapons, but then so should China, Russia, the U.S., Britain, France, Israel, Pakistan, and India.

  21. North Korea is now testing a satellite which is visible over Europe. I wonder who they’re spying on!!!

    • Not me!! So much more has happened now since your comment Geraldine. Same every year at this when the South and US do their war games. I do wish we had the Leaders chart because he is the 3rd generation. They say about big family businesses that the third generation often loses everything.

  22. Hi Jamie, You’re right about 3rd generation losing it all! I’ve seen that in a few very wealthy families I’ve been acquainted with!
If you mean Kim Jong Un, here’s a chart. http://www.astrotheme.com/astrology/Kim_Jong-un with tr Pluto writ large on the Sun now and tr Saturn opposing Uranus. He has the Aquarian love of fame and the scorpio cluster for intrigue
There are two charts on astro which vary slightly. His asc is unknown – could be Pisces or Cancer on account of being so fleshy? Or Sag? With Jupiter on the asc – ful of hot air and extravagant claims? Watch that space anyway!

    • Thanks for that Geraldine. Last time I looked on wiki his year of birth was uncertain, not now according to Dennis Rodman. Wow, Both Saturn and Uranus sextile his Mars while Pluto is on his Sun.

  36. North Korea hints at nuke test.

    Updated: 6:35 pm, Monday, 1 May 2017

North Korea has suggested it will continue its nuclear weapons tests, saying it will bolster its nuclear force ‘to the maximum’ in a ‘consecutive and successive way at any moment’ in the face of what it calls US aggression and hysteria.

US President Donald Trump has said a ‘major, major conflict’ with North Korea is possible over its nuclear and ballistic missile programs, while China said last week the situation on the Korean peninsula could escalate or slip out of control.

In a show of force, the US has sent the nuclear-powered USS Carl Vinson aircraft carrier group to waters off the Korean peninsula to join drills with South Korea to counter a series of threats of destruction from North Korea, formally known as the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK).

‘Now that the US is kicking up the overall racket for sanctions and pressure against the DPRK, pursuant to its new DPRK policy called ‘maximum pressure and engagement’, the DPRK will speed up at the maximum pace the measure for bolstering its nuclear deterrence,’ a spokesman for North Korea’s foreign ministry said in a statement carried by its official KCNA news agency.

  42. North Korea on Sunday tested another midrange ballistic missile, in its latest move towards developing a rocket capable of striking the United States with a nuclear warhead.
The projectile was fired in the late afternoon from an area near Pukchang, northeast of the capital, Pyongyang, and flew eastward about 310 miles, towards the Sea of Japan.
North Korea confirmed on Monday, May 22 2017 the “successful” launch of the missile, which state controlled media said was a Pukguksong-2, a land-based version of Pyongyang’s submarine-launched weapon which uses solid-fuel which allows for immediate firing.
Leader Kim Jong-Un oversaw the launch, the state-run Korean Central News Agency reported, adding that he “approved the deployment of this weapon system.”
“Now that its tactical and technical data met the requirements of the Party, this type of missile should be rapidly mass-produced in a serial way to arm the KPA Strategic Force,” Kim said, referring to the North’s army, KCNA reported.
The test was confirmed by US Pacific Command in Hawaii, who immediately confirmed their “ironclad commitment” to the security of allies South Korea and Japan.
The missile landed outside of Japan’s exclusive economic zone and did not hit any ships or airplanes, but Japan immediately registered its protest against the latest provocation.
Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said he wanted a “thorough discussion” of North Korea’s missile launches when the G7 summit meets later this month in Italy.
US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said both economic and diplomatic pressure will continue to be applied to North Korea in the wake of the ballistic missile launch.
“The ongoing testing is disappointing, disturbing and we ask that they cease that,” MR Tillerson said on Sunday in an interview with “Fox News Sunday.”
