Which USA Horoscope to use has often been a hotly debated topic on astrology forums, and seen a few guys banned around the place. There are many dates and times to choose from but there is one US horoscope which is gets the most attention.
The Sibly chart is the most commonly used by professional astrologers and for good reason. Ebenezer Sibly was an English astrologer and Freemason who had inside information about the Declaration on Independence, which occurred on July 4, 1776 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
