Great Zeus

My daughter called me last night while she was traveling in Rome. She wanted to show me the Colosseum. While her boyfriend chatted with another tourist, she walked closer to show me the statues in the alcoves around the outside of the Colosseum.

One of the lights flickered, then went out for about 20 seconds before coming back on. We both said that was weird, and I asked her to get a photo of it later so we could work out who the statue was of. When I got the photo, I uploaded it to Google Images and got this reply:

This image appears to show an ancient Roman marble statue of the god Jupiter (the equivalent of the Greek Zeus)

Jupiter (Colosseum)

Then I cast a chart for our video chat when Jupiter, the god of lightning, was playing with electricity!

Zeus!

Jupiter rising with Mercury, the messenger of the gods!
Have faith; astrology is real, and so are the ancient Gods.
