Each Uranus return on its own is much the same because the same fixed stars are activated. Other long-term transits create differences. Notice the similarities in Neptune and Pluto transits for all the Uranus returns. Both were more favorable for the second return (1944).

Neptune opposite Midheaven is common to the first Uranus return (1860) and the third Uranus return (2028). It dissolves the foundations of the nation and afflicts the government. The Imun Coeli (IC) rules the land, agriculture, the people, the democracy, anarchists, people opposed to authority, domestic affairs, infrastructure, public housing, patriotism and nationalism.

Neptune conjunct Midheaven for the second Uranus return (WWII) was more favorable for the president, and national trade, reputation, credit, and power; and national integrity.
