Constellation Zuoqi the Left Flag
01♒04 to 10♒06
The nine stars of the Left Flag are to the left of the River Drum, and the nine stars of the Right Flag are to the north of the Ox and southwest of the River Drum. These are the celestial drums, flags, and banners. They govern sound, establishing defenses, and understanding enemy strategies. A bright and large flag star indicates good fortune. If five planets violate it, war will break out. [2]
The right and left flags each have nine stars, located to the left and right of the River Drum, all representing the celestial flags and drums. A bright and clear flag signifies good fortune for the general; a wavering star signifies war; an angry star signifies the value of horses. [3]
