My reality is good. My heart is warmed by the basic honest truths of a toddler’s wonder at first snowfall, a puppy staring out the window contemplating the snow thing, peep staying in jammies all day curled up with a book, and peep baking cookies in a warm kitchen. There is a simple honesty and wonder in all this for me. It is human and the honesty of that is breathtaking to me. I fall to my knees with tears of joy at the wonder.
