Jishui at 09°45′ Gemini has an orb of 1°20′
Fixed star Jishui, Lambda Persei (λ Per), is a 4th-magnitude single star on the Shield of Perseus Constellation.
Magnitude 4.29, spectral type A0IVn, color white. λ Per is a fast spinner, with a projected rotational velocity of 196 km/s, giving the star an equatorial bulge 16% larger than the polar radius. [1]
λ Per has the traditional Chinese name 積水 Jīshuǐ, “Stored Water,” representing the accumulation of water inside the Celestial Boat (Tianchuan). It is the only star of the asterism Jīshuǐ, the seventh asterism of the Stomach Mansion. [2]
65 Aurigae is also named 積水 Jīshuǐ, “Stored Water.” But this star represents the water stored for brewing or water supplied by officials responsible for brewing, oil and cooking. 65 Aur is the only star of the asterism Jīshuǐ, the seventh asterism of the Well Mansion. [3]
Unfortunately and erroneously, Jishui is the official name of Omicron Geminorum, [4] even though its Chinese name is 北河增二 Běihézēngèr, “North River 2nd additional star.” 北河 Běihé, “North River,” is the fourth asterism of the Well Mansion. [3]

Jishui Astrology
The star Jishui, located in the Tianchuan constellation, foretells floods. Its bright upward movement signifies the use of boats and ships. When Mars invades, there is water. [5]
One star in the middle of Tianchuan is called Jishui (积水), which indicates the looming of floods. [6]
Fixed star Jishui has the spectral type A0, indicating the planetary nature of Venus. However, any astrological influence is overpowered by the much brighter fixed star Aldebaran, only 0°03′ distant by longitude.
Constellation Perseus the Champion
12♉02 to 18♊06
PERSEUS. The Champion
Legend. Perseus, the son of Jupiter and Danæ, was furnished with the sword, cap and wings of Mercury and the shield of Minerva. He killed the Medusa by cutting off her head and afterwards rescued and married Andromeda. On his return home he inadvertently killed his grandfather Acrisius and pined away through grief, whereupon Jupiter took pity on him and placed him among the stars.
Influence. According to Ptolemy, Perseus is like Jupiter and Saturn. It is said to give an intelligent, strong, bold and adventurous nature, but a tendency to lying. By the Kabalists it is associated with the Hebrew letter Lamed and the 12th Tarot Trump “The Hanged Man.”
Magical. Frees from envy and witchcraft and preserves from lightning and tempests. [7]
Called Cacodaemon by medieval astrologers, Perseus (Per) contains stars of the nature of Jupiter, Saturn, Mars and Mercury according to Tetrabiblos. The constellation is indicative of events affecting large numbers of people, especially those caused by major meteorological phenomena. This constellation when prominent in a geneathical chart is said to denote adventurous individuals, but also those who are less than honest in their dealings with others. [8]
