Sir, this comet indeed aligns with the same celestial longitude when the New Moon is born. Comet Lemmon shines before reaching perihelion, and that is something remarkable. It is visible on the western horizon in the direction of the constellation Boötes (the Herdsman), and at the time of the New Moon it aligns with the star Izar.
I am not sure if this carries a significant indication, especially since the degree of the New Moon falls under the bounds of Mars and the decan of Jupiter according to traditional astrology. There is also a detailed article by Jamie Partridge about comets—it’s an important reference.
