The 15th Chinese lunar mansion is named 奎宿 Kui Su, “Legs Mansion.” It is the first of the seven mansions of the White Tiger of the West.
The 2nd asterism of the Legs Mansion is named 外屏 Wàipíng, “Outer Screen.” It represents an outer fence, a toilet barrier, consisting of 7 stars in the southern cord of the constellation Pisces. [1]

Waiping the Outer Screen

The Outer Screen Star Official is located south of the Kui constellation. It consists of seven stars arranged in a long strip structure and has a spatial connection with the Heavenly Hun Star Official (Tiānhùn), which symbolizes pigsties and toilets. It is responsible for blocking and concealing foul odors. 外屏 (Wàipíng) means “toilet screen,” or “barrier to the toilet.” [2]

The seven stars south of Kui are called the Outer Screen, which covers the celestial latrine. If they are not seen, people will be uneasy, and the same applies to migration. [3]
