The Little Bear

Constellation Ursa Minor, the Lesser Bear, gives indifference and improvidence of spirit, and leads to many troubles. ^[1] It was said to have an evil influence and to be particularly injurious to the affairs of nations and kings. ^[2] 

Fixed star Kochab is a red Mars-like star. It gives endless courage, martial gains, rashness, violence, a rise to authority, and malicious mischief. ^[3] To early Arabs, it was a timid calf that kept close to its mother and symbolized faithfulness and constancy. To the Chinese, it represented the Emperor and was the core of their astronomical system.
