Put ‘Ratsak’ under the house a few days ago,as rat was waking me up @5am every morning,trying to get in.

Placebo or not, who cares, I know it does help still the mind & ease the “nervous tensions” in the body. And I tend to under dose being a small frame fem.
Sure any physical stuff like yoga, tai chi especially, or mindfulness practice is beyond beneficial too. But yeah GABA. The Big Supps industry, far too many folks who are average healthy are wasting their money. And Yes unlike most who regularly use supps i am aware of it being fairly important to do “courses” of with breaks, with the majority of stuff.

We know Varuna as a Hindu diety of higher wisdom and IotaPropus as part of the Five Feudal Kings asterism. Composite Varuna trine mid heaven, but Iota Propus opposite Sun. I often step out to look up at night. Where i am, Eastern seaboard of Oz, for a while I’ve been seeing a HUGE, 4 mostly very bright points of light Kite shape.
I tried a little search but only kept getting astro diagrams links.
Just curious to know if what I’ve been looking at in the night sky is, The Kite. Or something else.
Would someone with better search abilities be able to provide a link to the fairly current night sky astronomy image of? No I’m not talking about the Southern Cross kite shape 🙃. Much appreciated if so.
