June 2025 has the most challenging astrology of the whole year. It culminates on June 15 with the explosive mix of Mars square Uranus and Jupiter square Saturn. This suggests that current protests, riots, battles, crises, and wars will continue to escalate at least until June 15. Especially exciting and dangerous events are to be expected, some of which are predictable, while others are unexpected.

There could be an increase in ICE immigration raids. The Los Angeles protests are likely to intensify and spread nationwide, with more intervention from the National Guard and the military. The battle between state and federal officials is also likely to escalate, playing out in the media and the courts.

The US Army 250th Anniversary Parade takes place on June 14 in Washington, D.C., and the G7 summit begins on June 15 in Canada. Many world leaders will attend, including Donald Trump, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Claudia Sheinbaum, Keir Starmer, Mark Carney and Emmanuel Macron.

The Astrology

I have already discussed the influence of Jupiter square Saturn-Neptune in the Full Moon June 2025 post. It is causing fear, worry, desperation and uncertainty. A crisis of confidence could manifest as loss, hardship, disappointment, suffering, and sacrifice.

As Skot noted in that Full Moon article, I overlooked the critical influence of Mars square Uranus, causing rampant ego flareups. He linked the current square to previous Uranus in Taurus/Mars aspects of 1940-1941: fascism, megalomaniacal tyrants pushing boundaries, literally; “great depression”.

Mars square Uranus ignites the worry, frustration, desperation, fear and uncertainty of Jupiter square Saturn-Neptune. It unleashes the built-up tension in sudden, aggressive action. This can manifest as accidents, outbursts of anger, violence, explosions (gun shots, bombs, missiles), riots, revolution, coups, assassinations, surprise attacks and war.

With the influence of Jupiter square Saturn-Neptune, these events relate to longer-term cycles in politics, the economy and society. There will be propaganda, secrets, subversion, plotting and scheming.

The Stars

Saturn and Neptune conjunct fixed star Scheat (29♓43): Extreme misfortune of a changeable, almost unpredictable nature, murder, suicide, and drowning. This star indicates a stubborn, headstrong, combative, and controversial nature.

With Saturn and Neptune: The danger of death in catastrophes such as floods, shipwrecks, mining accidents, airplane accidents, or maybe by suicide.

Uranus conjunct fixed star Alcyone (00♊20): Disappointments, changeability, wantonness, ruthlessness, disgrace, disgraceful actions, smallpox, accidents to the face, violence, and violent death. Alcyone is associated with journeys and voyages, trade conducted on the seas, and family life, including events that affect the family, such as deep sorrows, tragedies, and bereavements.

With Uranus: Many accidents and troubles, many unexpected losses often through fire or enemies, violent death.

Jupiter conjunct fixed star Menkalinan (00♋15): Great energy, initiative and enthusiasm, but an impulsive, reckless, changeable, headstrong, obstinate, combative and destructive nature. Harsh aspects (square Saturn-Neptune) cause ruinous actions, violence and disgrace because of excess pleasure-seeking.

Xi Jinping Mars (1°24′).

Mars conjunct fixed star Regulus (00♍10): Great authority, power, frankness, courage, a fondness for power and authority, a desire and ability to command, martial honor, and victory over enemies. However, benefits may not last, and there is a risk of violence, destructiveness, scandalous actions, failures, greatness that suffers an eclipse, military honor of short duration with ultimate failure, imprisonment, and violent death. There is always the danger of public dissatisfaction for those in public view.

With Mars: Honor, fame, strong character, public prominence, high military command, accidents, or accidental or sudden death.

When Mars is conjunct Regulus, especially exciting events are always recorded, e.g., assassinations, coup d’états, revolutions, revolts, demonstrations, the overthrow of heads of state and similar events.

Sun conjunct fixed star Alnilam (23♊48): Fleeting public honors, fame and wealth. Keen, shameless, headstrong, studious, rash, a fabricator, combative, misfortune.

With Sun: Rash, headstrong, surly. Gets involved in debatable subjects and public affairs. Persists with questionable ideas and statements to the end, being rash and obstinate, but suddenly changes course when it is convenient.
