Uranus Square Pluto History
The last series of squares was between 1932 and 1934, with five exact hits. In the 2014 European elections, UKIP received the most votes, the first time in over 100 years that Labour or the Conservatives have not won a UK-wide election.
The right-wing nationalist prime minister of Japan won a landslide victory in the 2012 general election. He has attempted to downplay Japan’s wartime atrocities in school textbooks. Japan is strengthening and expanding its military in response to rising threats from China and North Korea.
On 18 September 2013, Australia elected Tony Abbott, prime minister, a right-winger with links to the ultra-conservative Opus Dei sect of the Catholic Church. His first budget focused the harshest cuts on single parents, taking $6000 away per year in benefits. The government gives $31 billion a year to religious institutions, and he has spent $430 million to employ chaplains in state schools.
Rise of the Radical Right in Europe

For example is it in the 6th house or is your natal chart different which is normal. house placement is most important it tells what areas of your life can be affected. For instance, transiting pluto is in cap 10th house, natal pluto in virgo 6th house, and transiting uranus in my first house. my apex is is also in 12 virgo 5th house.

My first interest and concern in astrology is the mundane manifestation and then
my natal chart when powerful aspects are taking place,but not nearly as important to me as the collective.
My 12th house is Virgo, 0 Venus, 1 POF, 17.10 Sun,(lol) 21 Saturn and 22 Ascendent and 28 N.N. in first house, so when I see the 17 Virgo I think of the 65 conj of Pluto/Uranus and wonder if that degree has more to show us on the world stage?
I’m not an astrologer just one of many who enjoy and appreciate the gift in others while keeping an eye on the conditions of the world and the astrological possibilities put forth.

I rather enjoyed what you had to say about the uranus pluto transit going on for the past few years and on going. I liked your theory and thoughts. What is really important is to look at individuals personal natal charts where the planets and houses are located. I find that my natal pluto and transiting pluto have been trine in my fifth and tenth house and I have certainly felt the affects of this. My whole life has changed transformed into something completely different than it was starting in 2011. I find that it is important not to fight the transformation but to embrace change. I think it was Buddha who said that “to fight something will give you pain, embrace it and you will be given a blessing in exchange.” It is a journey embrace the lessons that are being given to us. I am already feeling this building for April, I realise there are a lot of other energies that give opportunity for challenge at the moment but I am trying to keep a clear head, the cardinal cross of april, will have Mars conjunct, Pluto and Jupiter square and Uranus opposing my 12th house moon at 14Libra and quite honestly I dont know what this will entail for me, I just know a dam is gonna burst, just hope its a wave I can ride or I suspect drtowning to be a possibity…

Yes I plan to finish those Pluto Moon transits, will try but tight for time now I am doing personal readings again, and such a hectic astrological time coming up next month.

I acknowledge that I am already feeling that square and that although have worked hard, in the past Pluto transits have triggered the energy to experience the potential birth rebirth in relation to my own mind’s “underworld” as I have Sun at 0′ Cancer and Mercury at 8Cancer, so it has been a continuous onslaught already in particular lunar/emotional influences with those having been in Cancer anyway and to now have my moon being squared I am doing my best in healing the fear that is rising that there will be even more death and destruction in my life and quite frankly there is not much left to die and I acknowledge it is “my life” on the line this time if I havent cleaned those emotions well enough yet choose respect rather than fear and so I am mainly seeing it as having only the good foundations left which I hope and re direct my intent towards having the opportunity now with this emotional rebirth potential to be buidling something good and new on it this time with faith of course, as this is unknown to me in this lifetime at least thus far, but I certainlyl love those possibilities!

The lunar eclipse in April 2015 is at 14 degrees Libra, coinciding with Uranus at 15 Aries and Pluto at 15 Capricorn, so that sure will be crunch time for China.
If the Chinese economy goes, so will the USA’s. That’s not an astrological opinion. The US has been dependent on China for loans. China has lots of US Treasury bonds:

If China calls in its loans, for whatever reason, I don’t think the US will be able to pay.
Gross oversimplification. The US is not dependent on the Chinese to buy its bonds any more than China is dependent on the US to purchase its products, and the situation is far more complex than most people understand. The US Federal Reserve is and has been the largest buyer/holder of US debt, not China.
Moreover, the Chinese economy, despite its rapid growth, is far more fragile than the US. If you are paying attention to the colossal movements taking place, the situation is likely much different than what you imagine was going to happen. There were dire predictions in the 70s about oil, the 80s about Russia and nuclear weapons, the 90s about the Internet, the 20000s about terrorism, ad nauseam. None of the doom and gloom ever happened, and certainly not the way the pundits or experts predicted.
It would be best if everyone on the Internet were to stop making economic and military predictions they know little or nothing about, as it only creates unnecessary fear and irrational behaviour. Astrology is a tool, but not an accurate predictive science. Yes, there will be major stressful changes happening this year and in years to come, but it will probably turn out much differently than anyone’s dread.
Japan is now the largest foreign buyer of US treasury securities, not China. And they are not ‘loans’ that can be called in.
China can of course sell its holdings, but if it were to try to do so all at once, it would do more to destabilise its own economy than that of the US, as the price would plummet and they would get very little for what they paid, so that would be rather stupid. If China sells some to diversify as it has been doing, other countries will purchase US debt instruments as has, and will continue to happen.

Much of the world is reliant on the Chinese economy these days including down here in Aus, however the nature of the universe thus planet Earth does not adhere to human options/rules, its the other way round…what will be will be and the Universe/Nature will make the point loud and clear seeing as we have ignored the repetitive warnings, adapt/go with the changes to put things back in balance in order to catch up with our species evolutionary process or not, we are being given a choice and its individual as well as the whole species to make good, the intent being good. Nothing to fear just respecting the process, cover ups and pretending/denial doesn’t make it so as Pluto in Cap is revealing and Saturn through scorp at the same time will enforce, it is for the good and fair survival of all, at least that is how I personally see it to be.

I have been acutely depressed since the lunar eclipse yesterday(Cap Sun Decan 1/Taurus Rising/Cancer moon). Got 2 job offers and then suddenly withdrawn. I remember in your April forecast that this month is a roller coaster ride but I have almost hit rock bottom. Have started to question myself. Please advise if this misery is going to continue? Its a real rough ride but I didn’t hear no bell yet.There are time when you just need a mentor/coach/teacher and I long for someone like that these days. Also its people pushing my buttons and the bull in me(Taurus rising) wants to just pound back but I keep myself calm, very calm. Born April 3, decan 2 of Aries, I’ve gone through substantial changes in every area of my life over the past several years. I can actually see its influence as early as 2010 but it began in earnest in 2012. Needless to say, I’m looking forward to the final one in March 2015. I thought the influence would wane as the squares progressed but alas, it doesn’t seem to be the case.
I sure feel it (Sun Aries d. 3 and Cancer Asc). And my country aswell! (Ayotzinapa).

Thanks for the nice chart and time-line with just the major actors isolated for clarity. I remember well the Grand Cross of 4/23/2014, and the role that URA SQU PLU played in it. I wonder if we can look back, say in the late part of the decade, like maybe 2019 and tell what kind of spiritual upheaval or technical upheaval occurred.
For instance, from a technical point of view, I can see huge advances in the web with technology so far advanced over simple HTML that has largely changed my way of doing things. The Google Apps (like this) is an example. Also, 4K television, and the breakdown of the “cable” system of entertainment and the “network” system in favor of independent producers.
In my own life, spirituality (Christianity) began to occupy a great deal more of my mentality than it had before.
One thing I noticed as I was running through Dec and Jan ’15 on my chart program. Isn’t the “night” part of the chart bare? All we have down there is JUP, BML and URA.

Perhaps the final one will be more intense, but it may take a month for the April 4, 2015 lunar eclipse to kick it into gear. That eclipse is at 14.24 Libra, and Uranus/Pluto #7 is at 15.18 Aries and Capricorn.

This Uranus Pluto square has been the worst few years of my life. Both planets are also making hard aspects to my sun and moon. The tension is relentless and there appears to be no end or solution at hand. It’s like a nightmare that you can’t wake up from. I want it to be over. It’s like a test delivered from God Almighty, requiring everything you’ve got. Sometimes I think if I just try to relax myself into it and let go, things will improve, but they don’t. The gravity is still pulling me into the vortex and my situation continues to get worse. The last direct square of these planets in March 11, 2015 will have mars conjunct Uranus, so it should go out like a supernova…… The stock market crashes, global wars will reach their peak and transformation will arrive. The world will no longer be the place it was. .

Then I look at March too and I think I see a positive message about balance coming then. I mean isn’t that what it’s been all about. Pluto is balancing things. even through earth changes. All hell broke loose at my apt and I apparently am at fault so thankfully I have another safe place to hang out awhile til it cools but my home is lost I’m sure unless some of the other people disrupting the story unexpectedly leave. The area of life you can expect change depends on the house placement of your natal Sun and Saturn. However, I would imagine Saturn would help you overcome the old out dated structures in your life, eventually leading to a deep reaching renewal. With Pluto conjunct your Sun, don’t get into power struggles with anyone. Be aware and be cool. Try some meditation. I’m sure you’ll be fine, Capricorns know how to get through anything…… .
My sun is in capricorn with my ascendant and north node @ 14 degees aries with mars there too. This is my first Saturn return. My life during these squares has been very volatile. Lots of nostalgia for my troubles and success, wouldn’t do it again, but I’m glad I did.

How “comforting”. Now I’m not sure I wanted to know all that. Apparently we are facing a destructive extremist terrorist demagog and devil vortex, like Hitler and his Natzis again. This reminds me of the doom 2012 predictions which include an end of the old age and start of a new one, and also passing thru a hell storm to get there, in its destruction/creation. Also it reminds me of the many predictions (including biblical and Nostradamus), about the cause of an apocoliptic destruction centered around the Middle East. I guess we can’t just ignore this one. Talk about bad news! And the people there are already living the nightmare. This was right in front of us and you are the first one to put it all together! This is the scariest analysis that I’ve heard from you, but it rings true. Good luck to us all in dealing with this tragedy.

Thanks for this analysis. When you mentioned dictators, I noticed that you failed to mention the increasing trend in our current US leadership.
Sadly, I agree with you. Of course, we have been moving closer to dictatorship since Reagan was president.
Our country is controlled in a large and growing part by the world wide international corporations and the military industrial complex (later referred to as “they”), who buy influence and control in the US through the congress. The US no longer does what is best for the majority of its people. It tends to be a mechanism for the redistribution of wealth to these crumbs (the “they”).
I also surmise that in order to keep the citizens dazed and confused to this reality, “they” even may enable third world ursurpers to become strong enough to appear to pose a threat to the US and/or its allies (i.e. by weaons aquisition such as the Iran/Contra technique), so it appears that we must always gear up for war.
This power enabling can also be done in part by not tracking the flow of weapons, and not “earmarking” plastic and other explosives, which those corporations always refuse to do.
This constant warmongering is used both to distract the citizenry from seeing the power take over by the “elite” and wealthy corporations, and to make money from armaments (i.e. halliburton in Iraq), etc.
The western world take over by this group is of course a worse threat than Isis because it is hidden, and holds a tighter grip, has much more power, and too many people go along because they think they can benefit $$ from this dynamic.
I don’t particularly believe in conspiracy theories; this just happens to be right there for all to see. Read 1984.
Sorry if I am being too heavy, but I think this is part of what Jamie was talking about.
P.S. My comments only briefly address some of the negative World powers that are participants on the world stage, that Jamie had illuminated in his post. There is greater power in the citizens of the world to fix these problems, but the education of common voters to these strong background forces is essential in order to begin to change them. One simple example is that the Western nations wouldn’t have half the problems with the Muslim world if we didn’t always back every one of Israel’s actions.
There could be peace and justice everywhere if those in power weren’t so focused on having only their own way instead of finding a middle way.

The middle ground is not their intention, nor is fairness or kindness or doing what’s best for the environment or future generations. These people in power are PSYCHOPATHS. Excellent article, and I agree that ISIS (the so-called Islamic state, emphasis on the so-called) is biggest threat to world peace since the Nazis (possibly tied with the international corporate military-industrial complex). His decisions do not even rise to the level of legitimacy of a qadi, a judge of Islamic law, let alone a caliph. I am a Muslim, as are many of my friends, some of my family and many acquaintances. We all think this man is a horrible monster and his so-called state insane, barbaric and illegitimate. And the original Abu Bakr would be spinning in his grave if he could behold this.
