Yes that will help because the new moon and Mars form a transiting grand trine with your Saturn. For it to affect your career I think it should aspect your Midheaven, not just be in your 10th House.

Does the fact that both Uranus and Mars are at the very end of a sign mean anything? E.g. a violent ending of a phase?
