Xi Jinping Horoscope – The Transformer

Xi Jinping HoroscopeXi Jinping has been the president of China since 2013. This Xi Jinping astrology interpretation shows why he has transformed China and is transforming the world order.

Xi Jinping is responsible for increased censorship, mass surveillance, human rights violations and removing term limits for the leadership. He has introduced far-ranging measures to enforce party discipline and impose internal unity. Xi Jinping has also promoted a more aggressive foreign policy and sought to expand China’s global influence.

Xi Jinping Astrology Chart

The Xi Jinping horoscope is rated XX because his time of birth is unknown, and even his date of birth is in question. According to Isaac Starkman, most sources quote 15 June, though some quote 1 June. [1] But he was born in June 1953 in Beijing. The Xi Jinping astrology chart I have used is for June 15, 1953.

Without using the Moon, Ascendant and Midheaven, much information is missing in this interpretation. The orbs for the aspects and fixed stars listed are the greatest possible over the 24 hours of June 15, 1953, in Beijing. Some will be stronger and some weaker. But at least I can say Xi Jinping has all of these stars and aspects in his chart. These are shown in the aspect lines in the chart below.

Xi Jinping Horoscope

Xi Jinping Horoscope [Solar Fire]

The Sun

Sun conjunct fixed star Al Hecka (0°51′): Suspicious, reserved, studious, unfavorable for health and especially for the lungs, aptitude for military enterprise and stratagems but danger of deceit and ambushes.

Al Hecka is an unfortunate star, giving violence, male violence and the danger of accidents. It is on the Bulls’ southern horn’s tip and is like Mars.

Sun conjunct fixed star Alnilam (1°25′): Rash, headstrong, surly, notoriety, good fortune, lasting happiness.

Alnilam gives fleeting public honors. It also gives a combative nature with the tongue, sometimes manually too, which can lead to misfortune. Alnilam is located in the Belt of Orion and is like Jupiter and Saturn.

Orion’s Belt gives strength, energy, industry, organizing abilities, notoriety, good fortune, lasting happiness, a sharp mind, and a good memory. It indicates those “passionately devoted to hunting, but not noble hunting with falcon or bow.”

Constellation Orion the Hunter gives a strong and dignified nature, self-confidence, inconstancy, arrogance, violence, impiety, prosperity in trade and particularly by voyages or abroad, but the danger of treachery and poison.

Sun conjunct Mars (7°03′) makes Xi Jinping energetic, heroic, courageous, fierce, and fearless. He is militant and warlike with good organizing skills and leadership ability. However, he can also be defiant, intolerant, over-confident, cruel, and vindictive. He may also not react well to rejection.

This alignment makes Xi Jinping passionate about asserting his identity. His instinct is to look after number one, yet he is great in an emergency, with initiative, focus, and fast reaction time. Driven and ambitious, he can achieve much with honorable aims. This aspect is good for business, politics, surgery, metalwork, the armed forces, and law enforcement careers.

Acting impulsively gives the danger of accidents, cuts, abrasions, and eye injuries. Violent death is also possible. The Sun with Mars can be aggressive, raw, untamed, brash, bold, and sometimes vulgar. But this is only a mild influence in the Xi Jinping horoscope because of the wide orb.

Sun trine Saturn (3°37′) gives a conservative, patient, persistent and determined nature, which tones down the more aggressive and impulsive influence of Sun conjunct Mars. This stronger aspect makes Xi Jinping serious and reserved.

Conscientious and hard-working, Xi Jinping takes responsibility, and he gets the job done. He does not make a big fuss about it and does not seek the limelight. However, he stood out to his superiors and elders and gained their support and respect.

Xi Jinping is more of a marathon runner than a sprinter, willing to sacrifice immediate gratification to meet his long-term goals. He sets big goals for himself, but they are realistic and achievable goals with practical results. This aspect indicates important achievements that earn recognition and respect, reaffirming his self-belief.

In relationships, Xi Jinping is dependable and loyal and expects the same in return. However, he may struggle to keep the attention of someone more outgoing and vivacious. Xi Jinping is also a good father figure, conscientious and always there to advise and guide.

Sun trine Neptune (3°02′) makes Xi Jinping a caring and sensitive person with strong morals and ideals. It gives him charisma and a mysterious allure that makes him popular. His friends hold him in high regard because of his honesty and willingness to lend a hand.

This aspect gives a dreamy and peaceful nature that can give an impression of being lazy or laconic. It can also give a self-assured and quietly confident nature that can hide Xi Jinping’s ambition and drive. He can turn his dreams into reality and achieve success in any area.

This aspect can give a self-sacrificing nature. But also the understanding that he must help himself first so his success can enable him to help others. Xi Jinping may have psychic abilities, active dream life and strong faith in himself.

Sun sextile Pluto (3°02′) gives Xi Jinping such magnetic attraction that he can hold a lot of influence over others which propels him to great achievements. His tremendous drive and determination are fueled by a deep desire to make something of himself, to be noticed or remembered.

This aspect makes Xi Jinping intensely driven and sometimes single-minded, and it can lead to obsessive, compulsive, or dictatorial behavior. But it also gives the ability to transform such psychologically extreme tendencies towards a more constructive determination.

Xi Jinping’s ability to transform and evolve is directly associated with his strong need, compulsion even, to do something important with his life. His goals, personality, and the impression he leaves on others are profound. He can transform the nation of China and even the world.

Mercury and Uranus

Mercury conjunct fixed star Canopus (1°49′): Rash, headstrong, stubborn, kind-hearted, a speaker or writer on unpopular subjects incurring criticism; trouble and loss through domestic matters, partners and law.

Canopus gives piety, conservatism, a wide and comprehensive knowledge, voyages and educational work and changes evil to good. Canopus is located in the Keel of the Ship and is like Saturn and Jupiter.

Constellation Argo the Ship is said to give prosperity in trade, voyages, and strength of mind and spirit but is associated with drowning.

Uranus conjunct fixed star Wasat (0°41′): This star on the right elbow the Northern Gemini Twin is like Saturn. It is connected with chemicals, poisons, gas, violence, malevolence, and destructiveness. Wasat gives a sense of heaviness and a tendency to pessimism but is also associated with partnership and compromise. It gives the ability to speak with clear authority when others are waffling and prominence in public affairs or management. Wasat is located on the right elbow of the Northern Gemini Twin and is like Saturn.

Uranus conjunct fixed star Propus (1°07′): This star is a symbol of cooperation, of ‘two heads being better than one’, and of associative thinking. This quality makes for a good astrologer. But associative thinking is also a feature of paranoia and nervous breakdowns. Propus is located between the shoulders of the Gemini Twins and is like Mercury and Venus.

Mercury conjunct Uranus (2°36′) gives a brilliant mind, that of an eccentric genius. Ideas come thick and fast, aided by a keen intuition and possibly psychic ability. These flashes of insight are processed at lightning speed with abstract reasoning.

But the speed of mental activity could cause Xi Jinping to jump to conclusions, especially with Mercury conjunct Canopus making him rash and headstrong. If his intuition is spot on, then okay. However, the lack of methodical analysis can lead to incorrect assumptions, rash decisions and changeable points of view.

This alignment gives original and unorthodox thought processes and ideas, much like the associative thinking of Uranus conjunct Propus. But this high vibrational energy can also cause nervous irritability and impatience. This brings the risk of mental exhaustion or accidents. It also increases the risk of nervous breakdowns from Uranus conjunct Propus.

Venus

Venus conjunct fixed star Hamal (1°42′): Handsome, quiet, envious, jealous, domestic trouble, ill-health to native or family. There may be suffering connected with the love life or ill-treatment by sadism.

Hamal causes violence, brutishness, cruelty and premeditated crime. Life may repeatedly be in danger. Hamal makes people headstrong and often aggressive, yet potentially capable leaders and protectors of their community. But connected with beneficial stellar bodies (like Venus), the influence of this star is lessened. Hamal on the forehead of the Ram is like Mars and Saturn.

Venus conjunct fixed star Schedir (1°34′): The person with this star strong may have great qualities to rule over others but should beware of letting it go to their head. Schedir incorporates a serious demeanor with a zest for life. Should good living transgress reasonable limits, the results will be disadvantageous.

This star is not unlucky, but a certain amount of demonic power seems to be ascribed to it; critical results must be ascribed to Hamal, which is only 0°08′ distant. Schedir on the left breast of the Seated Woman is like Saturn and Venus.

Constellation Cassiopeia the Seated Woman is said to give haughtiness, boastfulness and exaggerated pride, but simultaneously the power of commanding respect.

Mars

Mars conjunct fixed star Menkalinan (1°44′): This star may cause ruin, disgrace, and violent death. If so, it would be a result of excess pleasure-seeking. Menkalinan gives great initiative and enthusiasm, but caution and objective second thoughts are needed because of impulsiveness and recklessness.

This star is only positive when in really good aspect. Badly positioned, it is most unhelpful. In conjunction with Mars, it has been found that death occurred on the occasion of official festivities, military exercises or battles. Located on the left shoulder of the Charioteer, Menkalinan is like Mars and Mercury.

Constellation Auriga the Charioteer gives self-confidence and interest in social and educational problems. Happiness, but the danger of great vicissitudes. The native is fond of country life and maybe a teacher or have the upbringing of young people.

Jupiter

Jupiter conjunct fixed star Aldebaran (0°43′): Great ecclesiastical honor and high military preferment.

Aldebaran is one of the most eminently fortunate stars in the sky, portending riches and honor (especially in war). It also gives intelligence, eloquence, steadfastness, integrity, popularity, courage, ferocity, a tendency to sedition, a responsible position, public honors, and gain of power and wealth through others. But its benefits seldom prove lasting, and there is also the danger of violence and sickness. Its natives will always seem to be under stress and in constant anxiety, but they are successful in making money.

Aldebaran is much associated with war and military careers. But it does not necessarily promise success in war – unless it is especially well aspected. The star is said to presage individuals who are “restless and riotous, always stirring up popular dissent and revolution.” It is also said to inflame the minds of the people with furious quarrels and to be an enemy of quiet and peace, ‘malady desiring civil and domestic wars.” Maternus writes that Aldebaran “…when aspected by a malefic portends sudden and unexpected involvement in riots and sedition resulting in justly being condemned by the people.” Aldebaran in the Eye of the Bull is of the nature of Mars.

Saturn and Neptune

Fixed star Foramen conjunct Saturn (0°55′) and Neptune (0°20′): Foramen causes peril, dignity, piety, usefulness, and acquisitiveness and gives danger to the eyes. It is generally considered the foreteller of impending catastrophic change but also the instructor of the way through such evolutionary transitions. Located in the Keel of the Ship, Foramen is like Saturn and Jupiter.

Constellation Argo the Ship is said to give prosperity in trade and voyages and strength of mind and spirit, but it is also associated with drowning.

Fixed star Spica conjunct Saturn (2°35′) and Neptune (2°00′): Spica is the most fortunate star used in astrology. It gives success, renown, riches, honors, fame, a sweet disposition, love of art and science, unscrupulousness, unfruitfulness, and injustice to innocence. Spica also gives androgynous, spiritual, and religious qualities with above-average psychic awareness. It is of marked good fortune for scientists, writers, artists, painters, sculptors, and musicians. Spica is located in the ear of the wheat of the Virgin and is like Venus and Mars.

Saturn with Spica: Apt to be suspicious, sharp or rugged, but does much good, occult interests, good speaker, popular, many friends, gain through legacies but extravagant, good health, favorable for domestic matters.

Neptune with Spica: Well-born, comfortable surroundings, always sufficiently well off, associated with companies, gain through legacies, favorable for domestic matters, somewhat fast and extravagant, does not live to old age.

Saturn conjunct Neptune (0°34′) can make life very difficult, causing low self-confidence, fear and disappointment. But Xi Jinping has Saturn and Neptune conjunct Spica, trine Sun and sextile Pluto. This made him work hard to gain the education and skills to succeed.

With strong faith and self-belief, Xi Jinping stays true to his standards and ideals, not those of others. He judges himself and his achievements by these high standards but can sometimes be too hard on himself.

Xi Jinping has the patience to do things right and not take shortcuts to success. He is determined to make his dreams come true and will postpone his happiness and comfort to ensure success. He has a realistic outlook and practical approach but is also an optimist.

A tendency to attract attention helps Xi Jinping unite people for a common cause. He intuitively understands prevailing trends and expectations of others. Sharing his vision of the future helps scared and disillusioned people.

This conjunction on Spica and so well-aspected gives Xi Jinping a strong sense of justice that guides his behavior and beliefs. It has most likely given Xi Jinping a sense that his destiny is to carry out some special mission and leave his mark on the world. But this serious approach to ethical and moral issues can become puritanical.

Saturn sextile Pluto (0°37′) gives a steely determination and endurance to put to practical use to create something of value, something lasting. it gives an amazing ability to focus on a particular project and see it to completion.

This aspect keeps Xi Jinping probing and working hard like a machine. He has a systematic approach to life, with strict regimes and structures to maintain order and a sense of security. But strict self-discipline does not restrict his creative process. He can find revolutionary new ways of doing things. But he achieves change and transformation in a sustained and orderly way.

Xi Jinping has incredible endurance and recuperative powers. He can face any challenge or crisis head-on and be a source of strength for others. He is a survivor and can function efficiently on very little. Respect and high recognition come from his achievements. This aspect gives managerial and leadership skills to climb the ladder in large corporations or governments.

Neptune sextile Pluto (0°03′) is a generational aspect, but it is more personal for Xi Jinping because of the tightest of the aspect orb and the links to his Sun, Saturn and Neptune. This gives him a pioneering spirit, making him unafraid to challenge the accepted way of thinking and doing things. He can deconstruct any aspect of life, system, belief or procedure. He can remove political, religious, cultural, and gender bias and reconstruct it in a more advanced and unadulterated state. Truth and human potential inspire him.

Xi Jinping can tap into the collective subconscious and gauge humanity’s prevailing thoughts. He has a sense of where humanity is heading as a collective in an evolutionary sense. He may even take this shared sense of destiny to life in general, the planet, and ultimately to all of existence.

This aspect makes Xi Jinping a compulsive organizer and control freak of the highest order, yet others may see him as quite different. He may show compulsive tendencies in daily life, but in his higher thought processes, he seeks order in chaos and simplicity in complexity.

Humanity is undergoing an evolutionary leap forced by powerful change. Xi Jinping has a critical role in adapting humanity to survive extreme change. A major part of this role is transforming everything from communication to spirituality, creativity to sexuality. The ultimate aim is to bring people closer, not in the physical but in the spiritual sense.

Only through a mass movement sharing one superconscious can humanity evolve fast enough to avoid extinction. Intense sensitivity to the destruction unleashed by industrialization will transform energy generation and slow the degradation and depletion of shared resources.

Xi Jinping’s input to the collective consciousness can transform how we communicate and live with each other through political, religious, and cultural renewal. Old systems and beliefs based on empire and superiority are disintegrating. In their place, we can dream up, or imagineer, a more humanitarian approach and shared responsibility for the welfare of everyone and everything, the collective dream.

Minor Grand Trine

A Minor Grand Trine, also called a Small Talent Triangle, gives a lot of reserves. It indicates abundant available abilities, competence, expressiveness, skillfulness, and striving for harmony. The Minor Grand Trine has a similar motivation and mode of action to the Grand Trine, but as an asymmetrical figure, it is more dynamic. It shows a still-developing talent, as opposed to one already developed.

Xi Jinping Astrology Chart

Xi Jinping Minor Grand Trine

The Minor Grand Trine in the Xi Jinping horoscope is formed by the Sun, Saturn-Neptune, and Pluto. Sometimes, a Minor Grand Trine remains unused due to idleness, complacency, or indifference. But Xi Jinping has been able to implement his because of the planets involved. They make him hard working and determined to achieve his goals.

The sextiles assimilate the nature of the planets involved. Persistence, patience and vision gradually developed into a distinctive and specialized leadership talent. Knowledge and skills have been constantly accumulated by calmly absorbing experiences into his consciousness, not through active exertion and hard work. They have been harmoniously implemented with available opportunities and, as far as possible, expressed without friction and conflict.

Xi Jinping’s Minor Grand Trine helps him plan his energies and be careful and selective in his goal setting. Once he has decided on something, all goes smoothly. He deploys his energies relatively easily and can be active “around the clock” without tiring.

Pluto

Pluto is at the apex of his Minor Grand Trine. It represents his goal direction. This is where he puts his abilities to optimal use, often for the benefit of others. Pluto represents transformation, death, rebirth and transcendence. It destroys to renew and brings intense needs and drives to the surface. It is associated with power and control, intensity, obsession, coercion, taboos, crises, the masses, big business, multinational organizations, nuclear power and weapons, secrets, occultism, espionage, torture, dictators, terrorism, genocide, banishment, crime and the underworld, mines, viruses, elimination and waste.

Pluto conjunct fixed star Ras Elased Borealis (0°27′): This star gives a bold, bombastic, cruel, heartless, brutish and destructive nature, but an appreciation for language and art, power of expression, and the quality of looking carefully at a situation before forging ahead. Ras Elased Borealis also conveys higher spiritual gifts to those able to conceive them. But in primitive natives, this star may become a danger. It is located in the Head of the Lion and is like Saturn and Mars.

  1. Interesting, thanks Jamie! So might that Pluto in Leo function like the dragons breath of the via combusta of Scorpio? Like the forest fire that destroys the forest in order to give birth to new life & growth, especially as both his Neptune and Saturn teeter on it? It is fascinating subject, because of course he wont be alone with the positioning of the generational transpersonal planets and aspects, nor some of the personal planets, placements and aspects and yet, it really does seem to be whether those traits are positively or negatively charged, that can make all the difference in the world as to the how rather than the what or even who? Would that be a reasonable assumption?

  2. Just wanted to add, that there seem to be quite a few leaders throughout the world who have copied his leadership methods, although, which may be an illusion on the people’s part or a delusion on theirs, thanks to current Neptune transit of Pisces and may have been due to trying to stay in his good books, regardless of whether out of admiration or fear of his leadership methods & way. Which may have been received as a compliment or as a threat to his self perceived supreme status if he is suffering from a completely self serving superiority complex, which would be more likely to bring about for other leaders what they fear rather than what they hoped? This type of psychological profile can be inclined to try to eradicate those “like me” because they are a threat to their ego’s need in being the one and only, “like me”? They want people to worship them not replace them as the supreme being in their world? There are many people out there running around openly accusing people of being narcissists or even psychopaths, or deciding to treat people as if they are, but really there is much more to being a narcissist or psychopath that really does require many years of practice and experience for even a well trained Psychiatrist to accurately diagnose, because it is not possible to diagnose “by the book”.

  4. Rectified birth hour Xi Jinping.

    Ascendant 27 degrees Sagittarius.

    Sabian symbol:

PHASE 267 (SAGITTARIUS 27°): A SCULPTOR AT HIS WORK.

KEYNOTE: The ability to project one’s vision upon and to give form to materials.

At this stage we see the individual creatively expressing his own particular individuality. He takes the materials available in his social-geographical environment and shapes them so they reveal to other people something of his inner life and purpose.

This second phase in the fifty-fourth sequence is, as usual, in contrast to the first. The “flag bearer” symbolizes the selfless representative of a collective tradition or of national unity; the “sculptor,” on the contrary, represents man as a creative individual intent on making his mark upon society. This is a symbol of man’s capacity to transform raw materials according to his personal vision — thus a symbol of SELF-PROJECTION INTO A WORK.

  5. Xi Jinping.

    MC 20 degrees Libra.

    Sabian symbol:.

PHASE 200 (LIBRA 20°): A RABBI PERFORMING HIS DUTIES.

KEYNOTE: The ability to draw on the power of an ancestral tradition in order to serve and inspire one’s fellowmen.

Here we see at work the constructive use of rather rigid yet effectual sociocultural and religious patterns. The energies of the collective Unconscious are channeled through well-defined, age-old forms and formulas. This implies limitations and the possibility of sclerosis or inertia when confronted with new situations, yet there is beauty and wisdom in such a ritualization of behavior and of thinking.

This is the fifth stage of the fortieth five-fold sequence. At this stage the relation of man, the individual, to his community — and beyond it, the universe — is seen in stabilized and effective operation. INHERITED WISDOM can be focused through a person who accepts its limitations.

  6. Xi Jinping.

Eleven House cusp 16 degrees Scorpio.

    Sabian symbol.

    PHASE 226 (SCORPIO 16°): A GIRL’S FACE BREAKING INTO A SMILE.
KEYNOTE: The fervent reaching out on the part of the young of heart to new experiences.
Faith in life and in other human beings enables us to go forth toward relationships with whatever attracts our senses or stirs our imagination. Smiling is perhaps a uniquely human characteristic because it implies a conscious acceptance of relationship, thus a choice. The animal, on the other hand, is compelled by unconscious instinct, at least in its natural state. It is not free to choose between love and hate.
This is the first symbol of the forty-sixth five-fold sequence. It introduces us to a series of responses to human experience and pictures a glowing WARMTH OF FEELING.

    Pars Frt. 13 degrees Aquarius.

    Sabian symbol.

    PHASE 313 (AQUARIUS 13°): A BAROMETER.
KEYNOTE: The ability to discover basic natural facts that allow us to plan in advance for action.
Here we are no longer dealing with ascent or descent, but with natural laws which involve causal relationships and the passage of one natural condition into another. The barometer registers air pressure, and a change of pressure today gives some indication of what the weather will be tomorrow. In a sense this is the modern scientific equivalent of archaic prognostication through omens. Likewise, animals grow a more or less thick fur in early autumn according to whether the winter will be more or less severe. Planning for the near future is a possibility because the potential (or seed) of the future is already operating at the core of the present.
This third symbol of the sixty-third sequence tells us that it is most important to seek — by whatever means and at whatever level of consciousness — a knowledge of causal progression. In the broadest sense this implies an awareness of cyclic processes, and this includes astrology. The Keyword is ANTICIPATION.

Ninth House cusp 15 degrees Virgo.

    Sabian symbol.

PHASE 165 (VIRGO 15°): A FINE LACE HANDKERCHIEF, HEIRLOOM FROM VALOROUS ANCESTORS.
KEYNOTE: The quintessence of deeds well done.
Root strength produces beautiful flowers. The neophyte who acts with determination, courage and discrimination while following “in the footsteps” of his predecessors receives a symbolic prize from the Brotherhood ready to welcome him when he has fully proven himself on the battlefield where he meets his past, which tries to block his way. The mystic Beloved hands him what she has woven for him out of spiritual threads.
This is the last stage of the thirty-third sequence which also ends the eleventh scene, “Characterization.” This scene began with the revelation in a portrait of salient features in a man’s face. It ends with symbols which bring out the ultimate validity of the many efforts of generations of men toward the building of a beautiful and significant CULTURE. The Man of Culture is, in the deepest and best sense of the term, the Aristocrat. He is the flowering of a line of ancestors who have accepted responsibility for a group or community. Likewise, the true “disciple” is the blossom that crowns a long series of incarnations.
Third House cusp 15 degrees Pisces.

    Sabian symbol.

PHASE 345 (PISCES 15°): AN OFFICER INSTRUCTING HIS MEN BEFORE A SIMULATED ASSAULT UNDER A BARRAGE OF LIVE SHELLS.
KEYNOTE: The need for thorough rehearsing before any complex and inherently dangerous social ritual in which power is used or evoked.
In this fifth symbol of a series dealing with the confrontation with superpersonal group or occult power we see a picture which once again synthesizes what the four preceding symbols have implied, rather than stated. In social life, as well as occultism, conflict is always to be expected; one must prepare for it. At the close of the great cycle — in the zodiac, the sign Pisces — a deep-seated struggle is inevitable at least to some extent. It can be a struggle against the ghosts of the unfulfilled past, the “unlived life,” or a confrontation with accumulated and often-eluded karma. Indeed, Pisces refers to a period in the year during which many generals and admirals have been born. The rules of the game, at least in traditional forms of warfare, can be known. One may have to rehearse the dangerous play, just as our astronauts endlessly rehearsed every step in the moon-landings. Individual rashness cannot be tolerated. Even a deliberate sacrifice must play a well-conceived part — like the sacrifice of an important piece in a game of chess.
This is the last symbol in Scene Twenty-three. The entire scene dealt in various ways with the process of integration of the individual into a social Whole, a community, an occult Brotherhood. A concluding Keyword could be VALORIZATION. The concept of group-value dominates the entire scene.

Second House cusp 4 degrees Aquarius.

    Sabian symbol.

PHASE 304 (AQUARIUS 4°): A HINDU YOGI DEMONSTRATES HIS HEALING POWERS.
KEYNOTE: The disciplined use of spiritual energies in restoring the natural harmony disturbed by man’s inharmonic attempts to transcend nature through mind.
Civilization implies a process of transcending compulsive and rigid biological drives while making use, in a refined and mentalized way, of what it cannot control. The goal of a true civilization — Western civilization being to a large extent a caricature of it — is the development of a humanity composed of self-motivated and responsible individuals freely associating according to harmonic patterns in order to produce a vast spiritual chord of consciousness fully actualizing the potentialities inherent in the archetype, MAN. The process of individualization and civilization is full of dangers, and for a very long time it is obsessed by karmic shadows, the results of individual and collective deviations and perversions. Such results most often lead to disease. It is the spiritual duty of individuals who have been able to tap the vast reservoir of spiritual forces pervading our planet to use these energies for healing their less-fortunate comrades.
This fourth stage symbol refers to a technique which not only can be used for the healing of physical illnesses but for the “making whole” of whatever has lost its natural root integration and has not yet reached the holistic state of perfect harmony and identification with the “divine” whole. Self-discipline, purity of motive, compassion, faith in the divine order are required — and the FOCUSING OF SPIRITUAL ENERGY.

Sixth House cusp 7 degrees Gemini.

    Sabian symbol.

PHASE 67 (GEMINI 7°): A WELL WITH BUCKET AND ROPE UNDER THE SHADE OF MAJESTIC TREES.
KEYNOTE: Man’s primordial faith in the hidden sustaining power of life.
In contrast with the ambitious drive of modern man for power and wealth we now have the image of the eternal search for that which is at the root of all living processes, i.e. water. This search also demands some effort — raising the water-filled bucket — but it is a simple natural effort under the shade of trees which attest to the presence of the life-giving fluid. This presence depends on the cooperation of sky (rain) and earth (the geological formation able to hold the water), and man must develop the intuitive sense which enables him to feel this presence and to make it effectual in his daily life. He must sense the hidden reality which preserves for the use of all living organisms this gift of the “sky,” the bounteous rain.
At this second stage of the fourteenth five-fold sequence of symbols, the power of the collective and bio-spiritual energies which sustain all earth-rooted cultures is stressed, in contrast to whatever the technological mind of man can make available to increase his personal comfort and mastery over matter. The symbol implies A FUNDAMENTAL TRUST IN AND COOPERATION WITH LIFE.

Jupiter ruler Ascendant 9 degrees Gemini.

    = Uranus USA.

    Sabian symbol.

PHASE 69 (GEMINI 9°): A QUIVER FILLED WITH ARROWS.
KEYNOTE: Man’s aggressive relationship to natural life, as a basis for survival and conquest.
The bow and arrows represent symbolically man’s ability to extend the scope of his conquest of nature and to kill enemies in order to build a larger base for the collective development of a culture and an organized society. Implied in the symbol of the arrow is the piercing of a target. The mind of man is essentially a trans-piercing power; it goes through the object toward which it is aimed. It seeks to go through and beyond the obstacles on its path, and this usually implies the destruction of the obstacle. At a higher level — as in the Zen practice of archery — the obstacle is the ego.
At this fourth stage of the fourteenth five-fold sequence of phases in the cyclic process of human existence we are shown the archetypal symbol of Man, the Conqueror. It may be a conquest of outer nature, or that of instinctual drives and of the limiting power of the ego. It is always CONQUEST.

Venus ruler MC 9 degrees Taurus.

    = Descendant USA.

    Sabian symbol.

PHASE 39 (TAURUS 9°): A FULLY DECORATED CHRISTMAS TREE.
KEYNOTE: The ability to create inner happiness in dark hours.
In northern or mountainous countries where the Christmas tree symbol took form, we find a contrast between the tree outside – bare and normally covered with snow – and the tree inside the home – loaded with decorations and gifts for the family. If we follow up the meaning of the preceding symbol, we see that snow has come outside; but the prepared and closely united group has created abundance, beauty and happiness within, overcoming the cold barrenness of the outside world — just as man had overcome, in a previous symbol (Phase 35), the natural obstacle to his progress. The Christ symbol is also included in the background — that is, the vivid faith in a transformed future.
This fourth stage symbol suggests the ever-present possibility open to man to transfigure the darkness and deprivation of the low point of a life cycle by incarnating in it an antiphonic response celebrating the ever remembered and always expected high moments of life. It evokes man’s undying FAITH IN CYCLIC RENEWAL.

  7. Leadership.
    Accession to top posts.
On 15 November 2012, Xi was elected to the posts of general secretary of the Communist Party and chairman of the CPC Central Military Commission by the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. This made him, informally, the paramount leader and the first to be born after the founding of the People’s Republic of China. The following day Xi led the new line-up of the Politburo Standing Committee onto the stage in their first public appearance.[54] The new Standing Committee reduced its number of seats from nine to seven, with only Xi himself and Li Keqiang retaining their seats from the previous Standing Committee; the remaining members were new.[55][56][57] In a marked departure from the common practice of Chinese leaders, Xi’s first speech as general secretary was plainly worded and did not include any political slogans or mention of his predecessors.[58] Xi mentioned the aspirations of the average person, remarking, “Our people … expect better education, more stable jobs, better income, more reliable social security, medical care of a higher standard, more comfortable living conditions, and a more beautiful environment.” Xi also vowed to tackle corruption at the highest levels, alluding that it would threaten the Party’s survival; he was reticent about far-reaching economic reforms.[59]

    Cult of personality.

Xi has had a cult of personality constructed around himself since entering office[106][107] with books, cartoons, pop songs and dance routines honouring his rule.[108] Following Xi’s ascension to the leadership core of the CPC, he has been referred to as Xi Dada (Uncle or Papa Xi).[108][109] The village of Liangjiahe, where Xi was sent to work, has become a “modern-day shrine” decorated with Communist propaganda and murals extolling the formative years of his life.[110]
The party’s Politburo named Xi Jinping lingxiu (领袖), a reverent term for “leader” and a title previously only given to Mao Zedong and his immediate successor Hua Guofeng.[111][112][113] He is also sometimes called the “Great Helmsman” (大舵手), and in July 2018 Li Zhanshu, the Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, referred to Xi as the “eternal core” of the party.[114] On 25 December 2019, the politburo officially named Xi as “People’s Leader” (人民领袖; rénmín lǐngxiù), a title only Mao held previously.[115]
